The Independent Athlete program (6 weeks)

The path for self guided progress

Best for: Motivated trainers who have their own gym (home or commercial) but want an elite roadmap and regular “form check”

What’s included: 60 min in person initial assessment and movement screen + personal 6-week periodised program with clear load progressions to follow on your own. 

Investment: $295.

 

Youth Performance Strength

The path for junior athlete development

Best for: Teens (10-18) looking to build a foundation for competitive sport , improve coordination, and reduce injury risk.

The format: Small group sessions following 10 week structured terms (2xweekly)

Investment: $800 / 10 week term.
