Our Story

We’re two very passionate coaches living and working in Albury, NSW, Australia!
We’re also a couple with two lovely girls, as you may have guessed by now.
Our journey together began 24 years ago. We met whilst studying at Sydney University. Since then we’ve embraced many adventures together, and learnt a great deal more about ourselves and the world. Some highlights have been trekking in South America and Nepal, living OS in beautiful Edinburgh, and the birth of our two gorgeous girls. Other highlights include morning coffees, sunny afternoons and jogs on our local hill.
Health and happiness are front and centre in our vision for what we want for life. We want to move well, feel strong and energised and have great relationships. Our daily habits are underpinned by these values.
We’d really love to help everyone we work with feel wonderful about themselves and live with zest for life. For life.
Who I Coach I work with all kinds of people, but I’m especially passionate about helping women 40+ feel strong, capable, and confident — particularly through the changes of perimenopause and beyond.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a deep passion for health, exercise, and caring for others. That passion has grown into a career that blends seamlessly with my lifestyle — work that feels like pleasure and enriches my life.
Before coaching, I worked in both Speech Pathology and Early Childhood Teaching. That background shaped the way I work today: I listen well, meet people where they’re at, and support them without hype — just real, steady encouragement.
Clients and friends describe me as warm and welcoming, grounded and kind, with a genuine interest in others. I’ve always had a bit of a “mother hen” streak — I truly want the best for the people around me, and clients notice and appreciate that care.
My core values are authenticity (being myself and allowing others to be as they are), health and wellness, lifelong learning, family, joy, and kindness.
Outside the studio, you’ll often find me bushwalking in national parks, gardening with the family, cooking creatively, doing yoga, reading, or relaxing with a bath or a crossword — and maybe a glass of wine with friends.
I lead our TRIBE small group strength classes, and I absolutely love it. Sharing fun, effective movement with a great crew of people nourishes me as much as it does those I coach. If you’re thinking about starting, I’d love to welcome you in.
Who I Coach: While I work with a wide range of clients, my primary focus is youth athletes and runners. I lead our Youth Performance and High School Strength classes, and also offer 1:1 coaching — either in our Albury studio, online, or through tailored home programs (sport performance, rehab, or general S&C).
About Me: I’m Jeremy (JB) Rae — an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with over 20 years’ experience as both coach and athlete. I studied at the University of Sydney (2002) and have since worked across Sydney, Melbourne, Scotland, Tasmania, and now Albury, NSW.
I design programming with a clear focus: build strong, capable, injury-resilient athletes. Whether your goal is sport-specific development or targeted rehab, sessions include movement preparation, strength and mobility work, SMR, flexibility, and running programming where needed.
I’ve coached Olympic-level athletes and everyday performers alike. What matters most is the same: consistent progress, quality movement, and long-term development.
Outside the studio, I’m a former national-level decathlete (Sydney 2000 Olympic trials) and now a keen trail and road runner, competing in everything from 5k to ultras.
I stay current with yearly continuing education in strength & conditioning, corrective exercise, holistic health, and clinical rehab — because great coaching evolves, just like the athletes we serve.
