Who I coach: 

I work with all kinds of people, but I’m especially passionate about helping women 40+ feel strong, capable, and confident — particularly through the changes of perimenopause and beyond.

Before coaching, I worked in both Speech Pathology and Early Childhood Teaching, and that background helps me listen well, understand where people are at, and meet them there. I’m not about hype — just real, steady support.

Sessions are in our Albury studio. If you’re thinking about starting, I’d love to help.

Who I coach: 

I work with a broad range of clients, but my core focus is youth athletic development. I also coach runners seeking structured programming to support performance and reduce injury risk.

My approach integrates long-term athletic development principles, evidence-based programming, and movement quality as a foundation.

Parents trust our process: progressive, respectful, and aligned with each athlete’s stage of growth. Sessions are held in our Albury studio, with individualised home programs available to support busy schedules and active families.
