Focus on technique.

  1. Supine straight leg circles 10 each way, both sides
  2. Straight leg swing with rotation, 10 ea.
  3. Sagittal straight leg swings, 10 ea
  4. Lateral line mobility, 10ea
  5. Split kneeling hip circles, 10 each way, both sides
  6. Wall facing squat, 10
  7. Hip circles extended lunge position, 10 each way, both sides.
