Bodyweight basics & follow alongs…

Goal: Improve body weight strength/rom. Refer to videos.

Allocate 2 mins for each exercise. Take 30s rest b/w exercises.

Focus on technique.

  1. Squat: wall sit.
  2. Push: on bench push up.
  3. Lunge: split squat
  4. Pull: plank hold / prone cobra
  5. Hinge: Single leg bridge
  6. Rotate: bd hold

Mastery of these will set you up for success, and should be considered as a prerequisite.

Ensure you are confident and comfortable with these moves before trying any other online offerings.

Short hold times and rep numbers are given making this appropriate for everyone.

1x through each exercise would be great for motor patterning and activation at any time. 

If you want to make it a more challenging, complete workout then run it through a few times like a circuit.
