GOAL: Get fitter for hiking. Run further without fatiguing.
AFTER 8 WEEKS: Continue to lose kg's (wasn't really a goal!). Discovered I have potential to be a pretty good runner both in time and distance! Feeling a lot healthier. I no longer have my lower back pain: AWESOME!
