  • 1. Personalised Assessment – to discover your goals, needs, strengths and possible limitations.

  • 2. Coaching & Program – All aspects of your Run & Strength coaching program is delivered via our app.  Schedule, workouts, run sessions, notes, coaching videos, messages and reminders will show up in your app when it’s the right time for you to train.

  • 3. Follow up & feedback. We do this @ the weekly check-in.

  • Before we get started however there are some requirements I need to lay out to make sure I can help you: 
  •  
  • If you are not over 40, keen to run and move better and sleep 7 hours a night then I can’t work with you.
  •  
  • If you are chronically stressed then I can’t work with you right now. It’s best for you to take steps to manage your stress and come back later.
  •  
  • My 3-month commitment rule: For you to get results it’s going to take some work on both of our parts. This doesn’t happen overnight.
  •  
  • If you are not able to commit to 3 months of training with me with a minimum of 3 days a week, in addition to 90% good eating, then we can’t work together  because I cannot guarantee you results.
  •  
  • I’m strict on these requirements because I only want to work with people who want to get results and actually achieve their BIG goals!

  • Initial 1hr studio appointment.
  • Monthly studio appointment (3 in 3mo).

MOVE and RUN better!

GOAL: Get fitter for hiking. Run further without fatiguing. AFTER 8 WEEKS: Continue to lose kg's (wasn't really a goal!). Discovered I have potential to be a pretty good runner both in time and distance! Feeling a lot healthier. I no longer have my lower back pain: AWESOME!
