BRONZE – $156/month, Includes joining fee and set-up.

  • MONTHLY online personal training programs specifically designed for your training goals, fitness level & exercise experience.
  • Fully customized for your training environment – custom no equipment OR access to a full gym.
  • Online initial consultation & follow up after week 1 to ensure we get the program right for you.
  • Personalized nutrition targets for you and your training goals.
  • Fully integrated food diary for tracking your food intake that graphs and compares with your personalized nutrition targets.

SILVER – $192/month

  • Everything that’s included in BRONZE.
  • Fortnightly monitoring of every completed workout by your AEP to hold you accountable to your program.
  • Monitoring of your nutrition intake by your online personal trainer to hold you accountable to meeting your nutrition targets.
  • Support, motivation & accountability from your online personal trainer.

GOLD – $228/month

  • Everything that’s included in BRONZE & SILVER
  • WEEKLY reviews
  • Adjustments to your online personal training program WEEKLY.
