A real coach

I’m here for you when you need me and you can trust that I have nothing but your goals as my focus.

After 20 years as an Ex Phys and Performance Coach, I’ve come to realize that online coaching is the most effective and affordable way for me to offer my coaching expertise.

Instead of having somebody in the gym count sets and reps for you, consider me your expert Exercise Physiologist concierge!

As we’re working together remotely – NO scheduling difficulties! – we don’t have any restrictions and I can give you precisely what you need, when you need it. This is key.

You will:

  • Move with ease.

  • Drop weight and feel light on your feet.

  • Run niggle free. Run balanced. Faster and Further!

  • Achieve a personal time or distance goal!

  • Address that glute dysfunction!

  • Improve hip mobility!

  • Learn to move in different directions to improve your athleticism.

This is bespoke training.

How the Program works

In order to give you the direction, accountability and support; ALL aspects of the performance program are delivered via the free Summit PT training App on either iPhone or Android.

Everything that we do is contained within this software. Your programming, notes, and video demonstrations will show up in your App when it’s time for you to train including reminders and tips.

Is it for you?

 

Most of my clients wanted an experienced coach who could provide them with expert guidance and programming + consults with them when suits.

All my clients have committed to long term change and want to be accountable!

A few requirements for people that I work with:

  • If you are not over 40, keen to move better than you did in your 20s 😊 and sleep 7+ hours a night then I can’t work with you.

  • If you are chronically stressed then I can’t work with you right now. It’s best for you to take steps to manage your stress and come back later.

  • If you are not ready to start within the next two weeks then I cannot work with you.

  • My 3-month commitment rule –

    • In order for you to get results it’s going to take some work on both of our parts.

    • This doesn’t happen overnight.

    • If you are not able to commit to 3 months of training with a minimum of 3 days a week, in addition to 90% good eating, then I won’t work with you because I cannot guarantee you results.

I’m strict on these requirements because I only want to work with people who want to get amazing results.
