The attached document is a basic introduction to nutrition – it is from a nutrition seminar I developed and ran for sub-elite teenage swimmers.
The focus is on wholefoods / quality and quantity of calories for sporting teenagers.
It does not have a low carb, paleo or any other ‘style’ of eating slant. The info is to help sporting teenagers – that have little knowledge of better nutrition – begin to learn and eat well.
