Easy breakfast alternative

I posted this a little while back on instagram…it’s an easy dish that I love:

apple and kale

Kale and apples ++

Steps:

Saute apples + minimally treated apple cider vinegar with organic butter and a few sun dried raisins until softish..then add the kale and let it wilt whilst combining.

Done!

Now add chia, sesame, crushed soaked almonds and pumpkin seeds (they’re delicious!) as a sprinkle and youre ready to enjoy.

The great thing about kale is that it is a great source of vitamin A and C, omega 3, and calcium…and we know that an apple a day keeps the doctor away!

Eat it!
