Banana, cashew and coconut snack

Very easy, very tasty snack to assist your nutrition:

bananas cashews coconut flakes - the bananas caramelise so that makes it deliciously sweet. co flakes ripe bananas raw cashews butter.Ingredients:

  • Ripe banana or 2
  • Handful of raw cashews
  • Handful of coconut flesh
  • Spoon of organic butter

Caramalise the banana in the organic unsalted butter – stirring pretty constantly -then set aside.

Use the same pan to toast the raw cashews and the coconut (preferable to crack and good coconut and slice up the flesh – however organic coconut flakes work well also).

Combine pan mix with bananas.

Add some chia seeds and voila! Tasty!
